The Diploma in Strategic Customs and Trade Governance, offered by the Institute of Chartered Tax Accountants (CTA) Zimbabwe, is a comprehensive professional qualification designed to equip learners with advanced knowledge and practical skills in customs administration, trade facilitation, and border management.   • Part B advances technical knowledge on customs valuation, tariff classification, artificial intelligence, big data applications in border management, and duty calculation processes.
  • Part C emphasizes operational excellence through risk management, automation, trade facilitation, and efficient export and customs procedures.
  • Part D addresses regional and international dimensions, focusing on integration policies, dispute resolution, logistics and freight forwarding, as well as professional ethics and customs reform.
