One is admitted as a Fellow member (FICTA);

• If he satisfies the Council that for a continuous period of ten years immediately preceding the application he has been in continuous active practice as a tax accountant;
• If he is a holder of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Taxation certificate of the examination of the Institute and approved professional qualification;
• If he is otherwise considered by the Council to be a fit person to be admitted at that membership level.
